It’s been a busy few months to close out this summer at SHERENE MELINDA. With a new collection on the way, we know that some of you are brimming with anticipation at the prospect of getting your hands on our latest styles. We are pleased to announce that the wait is almost over. This week, we have the pleasure of introducing you formally to the Ella Tote bag, which is now available for pre-order.
What’s the Ella Tote all about?
The Ella Tote was designed with tradition in mind, preserving the trapezoidal shape of early tote bags. Combining a longer base with a shorter top makes for a vintage-inspired silhouette that will look just as good as a classic shopper or a contemporary tote. Wear the bag over your shoulder, elbow or in your hands for maximum comfort and versatility.
Complimenting the shape, we’ve used the most irresistible soft calf leathers to provide real definition to the outline of this bag and offer pure luxury. Keeping with the signature SHERENE MELINDA style, the front of the Ella Tote is lined with the softest, authentic springbok hair-on-hide. All leathers and hides come in a variety of colour, from eye-catching yellow and pink, to conventional black, beige and olive green.

Having read the description above, you may already be excited about the Ella Tote. The inside is just as special, with a full lining of silky smooth and natural pig skin leather. The leather has not been treated using any artificial chemicals and is therefore friendly to both your hands and your possessions.
The Ella Tote includes a unique inside pouch with a drawstring closure to keep your important belongings safe. It features two mobile/lipstick/pen pouches and two additional inside zipped pockets; a handbag that’s as practical as it is stylish.

Having already decorated the arms and shoulders of runway models at Africa Fashion Week London & Pure London, the buzz surrounding the Ella Tote keeps getting louder. The shelves are looking to be cleared before the Ella Tote even has time to grace them, and with stock in high demand we are now accepting pre-orders.
