It was time to honour the stars of film and TV on Sunday at this year’s Golden Globe Awards. As the best actresses and A-list celebrities took to the red carpet, we were searching for the finest and most stylish handbags. The focus on the glamour of red carpets can often fall on dresses and hair, forgetting that the all important clutch bags can make or break an evening outfit. Here are our top picks from Sunday’s ceremony.

Only Anya Hindmarch can make something we usually dispose of in to something we treasure like no other. Her crisp packet clutches have become increasingly popular since they were first seen in SS14 and have since been worn by the likes of Diane Kruger and Emma Watson. We love this particular one as its shape and texture is vastly highlighted by the high-gloss effect and the fully suede lined interior demonstrates true luxury that can only be found on the red carpet.
