Generally, SHERENE MELINDA’S handbags focus on the hair-on-hide feature. However, in this case I wanted to create an extra-large soft and versatile shopping bag using some beautiful, glazed leather.

And more than TEN years since the days I was working straight out of my lounge at home with storage units rented all around the town and my photo studio set up in my bedroom. The point is, even though it has not been easy, I did not once, ever, lose sight of this dream. 😌

When I first heard about the promotion of a Slow Fashion day at Cheltenham Races I loved the thought of it. "Ladies Day" with a twist. As a strong believer in the pre-loved market for special items (both for furniture and fashion) and along with our brand philosophy that the handbags are designed for life, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to showcase some of these special items.
