Summer at SHERENE MELINDA brought a spell of fully booked diaries. With the New Collection completed and a successful debut to the trade at this year’s Scoop in the City, we were fortunate enough to make our mark on the catwalk of AFWL once again.
After hours of soundtrack searching, preparing outfits and setting the stage, it was a pleasure to have the opportunity of showcasing the New Collection on an international platform; joined by members of the press, industry experts and budding admirers.

Earlier this year I was inspired to create a leather tote bag which was different to the typical style handbag that I normally create. Generally, SHERENE MELINDA’S handbags focus on the hair-on-hide feature. However, in this case I wanted to create an extra-large soft and versatile shopping bag using some beautiful, glazed leather.
